Workspace, Team, and Notification Settings

Manage workspace profile, users, groups, notification teams, integrations, and billing access.

Settings control workspace operations. Use them to manage profile details, users, groups, notification audiences, integrations, and billing access.

Open Settings in the app.

WorkspaceWorkspace profile and organization-level details.
TeamWorkspace members, invitations, roles, and groups.
NotificationsSignal notification teams, email settings, Slack channel setup, and delivery health.

Exact access depends on workspace role and organization permissions.

Create or switch workspaces

Open the account menu in the app navigation to see the active workspace. Choose Switch workspace to open another workspace you belong to, or Create workspace to start a separate workspace and its setup journey.

Switching reloads workspace-scoped data under the selected workspace. Data, billing, integrations, members, and Funnel activity remain separate between workspaces.

Team members and roles

Use Settings > Team to invite teammates, change roles, cancel or resend invitations, remove members, and assign people to groups.

The current owner can transfer ownership to another active member. After transfer, the previous owner remains an admin. Members and admins can leave a workspace; the sole owner must transfer ownership first. Removal, leave, and external membership revocation take effect on the next request.

Export or close a workspace

The current owner can use Settings > Workspace to:

  • Prepare a one-time workspace export. The link expires after 15 minutes. Credential ciphertext, API key hashes, OAuth state, provider secrets, and internal access tokens are never included.
  • Close the workspace. Enter the workspace name exactly to confirm.
  • Restore a closed workspace during the 30-day recovery window.

Closure immediately stops workspace access, API and runtime keys, integrations, scheduled analysis, automations, and outbound delivery. SaaSFunnels billing cancellation is tracked separately and shows a retry action if the billing provider is temporarily unavailable.

Restoring the workspace reopens access, but does not silently reactivate billing, integrations, API keys, or runtime credentials. Reconnect those services before resuming work.

After 30 days, retention processing removes credentials and member access, anonymizes customer identifiers and raw payloads, and deletes the connected organization. Published Funnel definitions, verified outcomes, reporting seals, billing evidence, and audit records remain under their existing authoritative retention policies. A permanent internal tombstone prevents an accidentally recreated organization from reopening the purged workspace.

Groups and notification teams

Groups help organize people who should receive signal notifications. Notification teams can have:

  • Members.
  • Email enabled or disabled.
  • Slack enabled or disabled.
  • Slack channel connection.
  • Daily caps.
  • Delivery health.

Use teams to route Funnel follow-up and Slack alerts to the people who own the next action.

Notification setup

Use Settings > Notifications to:

  • Create a team.
  • Assign members.
  • Configure email delivery.
  • Connect Slack.
  • Send a Slack test.
  • Review team delivery health.
  • Archive teams that are no longer used.

If a team shows needs setup, check member count, email or Slack settings, and Slack channel connection.

Integration access

Use Settings > Integrations to create credentials, rotate or revoke keys, connect OAuth providers, open setup guides, send tests, and review recent source or destination activity.

Only users with the right workspace permissions should manage credentials and destinations.

Billing access

Use Settings > Billing to review SaaSFunnels plan and subscription information. Customer billing data for monitored revenue is managed through source integrations such as Stripe.
