Billing

Understand workspace billing and how customer billing context powers monitored revenue.

SaaSFunnels has two billing-related concepts that should stay separate:

  • Workspace billing controls your SaaSFunnels subscription and plan access.
  • Customer billing context comes from sources such as Stripe and powers monitored revenue, metrics, and account signals.

Workspace billing

Open Settings > Billing to review the SaaSFunnels plan, subscription state, configured usage limits, invoices, and billing information.

Use workspace billing when you need to:

  • Check the current SaaSFunnels plan.
  • Understand included limits or plan access.
  • Review subscription state.
  • Choose Launch, Grow, or Scale with monthly or annual billing.
  • Update billing information, change plans or Scale capacity, or schedule cancellation in SaaSFunnels.
  • Review invoice history and open Stripe-hosted invoices or PDFs.

Workspace billing is not the same as a customer's Stripe integration.

Current plans

Launch$97$97012520025,000Unlimited
Grow$197$1,9703515500100,000Unlimited
Scale$297$2,970510Unlimited1,000250,000Unlimited

Annual amounts are annual totals charged annually. All plans include events, signals, deterministic targeting, core Funnel delivery, verified Results, unlimited routing and integrations, unlimited leads, and all-time reporting. Grow adds A/B testing, retry/repeat delivery, hybrid decisioning, and the persistent Funnel widget. Scale adds intelligent decisioning plus control groups and incremental experiments.

Core Funnel delivery requires an active paid plan. A payment failure keeps Funnels running during the seven-day grace period; delivery pauses only when the billing account becomes suspended. Free, incomplete, canceled, and planless workspaces cannot publish or deliver Funnels, while saved drafts and historical Results remain available.

Account and event usage warns at 70%, 85%, and 100%, without stopping published Funnels. Scale continues through self-serve bands:

Scale capacityActive accountsEvents/monthMonthlyAnnual
Scale1,000250,000$297$2,970
Scale 2.5K2,500750,000$700$7,000
Scale 5K5,0001,500,000$1,300$13,000
Scale 10K10,0003,000,000$2,500$25,000
Scale 25K25,00010,000,000$6,000$60,000

Scale includes five workspaces and ten accepted members. Additional workspaces are $49/month and additional accepted members are $29/month. Quantities update automatically; pending invitations do not count. Active accounts are checked daily from their subscription status, including qualifying free accounts. Monthly subscriptions move up after two consecutive over-limit daily checks; annual subscriptions receive 30 days' notice and move only if they are still over capacity on the effective date. Capacity never automatically downgrades.

Customer billing context

Customer billing context helps SaaSFunnels prioritize account-level signals and reporting. When Stripe is connected, SaaSFunnels can use subscription, invoice, plan, trial, payment, customer, and MRR context.

Customer billing context can affect:

  • Account MRR and plan fields.
  • Monitored revenue metrics.
  • Expansion, contraction, churn, conversion, and payment-risk signals.
  • Metrics availability and warnings.
  • Prediction-readiness gaps.

Read Stripe Connect Setup for customer billing source setup.

Metrics that depend on billing data

The Metrics dashboard uses billing data for revenue and customer metrics such as MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, active customers, new customers, new MRR, expansion MRR, contraction MRR, churned MRR, customer churn, and quick ratio.

If Stripe is missing, importing, failed, or using unsupported currency rows, affected metric cards explain the availability state.

Troubleshooting billing context

If monitored revenue looks incomplete:

  1. Confirm Stripe is connected in Settings > Integrations > Stripe.
  2. Check historical import status and sync warnings.
  3. Confirm customer, subscription, invoice, checkout, and payment metadata include account_id or account_key where possible.
  4. Confirm metrics are viewed in a window with enough completed buckets.
  5. Review Troubleshooting for Stripe and metrics issues.
